I understand that by signing this Non-GB Driving Licence Declaration form, I confirm that I have a current and valid driving licence from the country of issue as detailed above. The driving licence that I hold is legal for use in Great Britain and I have no convictions including any pending convictions that would affect my entitlement to drive in Great Britain. If there is a change in my entitlement to drive whilst in Great Britain I will inform Fleet Claims Administration Limited and JLR immediately.

I authorise Fleet Claims Administration Limited to disclose to authorised JLR personnel, as and when required, all relevant driver record information. JLR will process and use this information for the purposes of managing and administering Company vehicles.

This authority will expire when I cease to drive in connection with JLR and in any case one year from the date of my signature.
